Clinical Data Extractions: DE-IDENTIFIED Data Sets
As the College of Medicine’s only authorized Honest Broker for UC Health data for research, CHI has available a warehouse of all UC Health Epic data that can be used to query and extract de-identified data extracts needed to conduct clinical research studies. De-identification can be challenging to assess and achieve. Our analysts can consult on appropriate data security and compliance procedures and assist with de-identification of unstructured data such as medical images and clinical notes.
