Clinical Datamarts and Registries
CHI can build customized datamarts and patient registries for exploring and mining biomedical data. We use REDCap for the rapid development of compliant research repositories or more scalable platforms such as relational database management systems (RDBMS). Our tools can quickly enable interactive visual exploration of large, well-structured descriptive data sets, such as phenotypic data describing a patient cohort. These tools provide simplified, user-friendly web interfaces that allow any designated person or team upload, query, and download access.
